Kate Rohde

I first became aware of Rohde‘s fantastical, seeimingly bioluminiscent yet dull plastic toned miniature worlds in 2009 (I think) at a group exhibition at the Counihan Gallery in Brunswick, that also featured the mind bloggling work of Sam Leach.

I was reminded of her pieces when I spotted one last week in the office at Karen Woodbury. I’m actually too busy to write any more about her awesomeness – there’s some embroidery (for now) patiently waiting at my side. So check it out yourself!!!
